Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first AI-powered digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Roofing to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will steer budgets, cadence roadmaps, and craft the narrative at client calls, acting as the strategic voice for the accounts.

Requirements include 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta management, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement record, agency experience, and clear spoken English with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
