Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the paid media stack for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will set budgets, bids, targeting, and roadmaps, acting as the strategic voice on client calls and guiding the narrative with data-driven decisions.

You will bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience managing several clients concurrently. English fluency with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
