Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager (Roofing) to own paid media for a book of roofing clients across multiple markets. You’ll coordinate strategy, budgets, and reporting directly with clients, and drive growth through data-driven optimization.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and pixel implementation, and craft a 90-day roadmap that aligns with client goals. Excellent English on live calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Record of ROAS/CPA improvements
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Roofing or multi-location exposure is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and tell the data story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
