The role focuses on paid search across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for growth and long-term client relationships. Remote work is available for diverse regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
