Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will script the strategy, manage budgets, and drive ROAS through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will own tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, craft 90-day roadmaps, and communicate clearly with US-based clients on live calls. Remote role (Canada, South Africa or USA) with full-time commitment.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on PPC with Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report the numbers on the call.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
