Job summary

Fyre Staffing Solutions is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to join our outbound calling team. You will make 500+ daily calls to homeowners, asking age-related qualifying questions and booking qualified appointments using a provided script.

This is a remote, high-volume role requiring resilience, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection. Strong English communication, reliable internet, and a quiet calling environment are essential for success.

• Fluent English with strong conversational skills.
• Must be able to commit to 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST, from any country.

Responsibilities

We work with contractors, building material wholesalers, and window and door suppliers throughout its service area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an energetic, resilient Appointment Setter for our outbound calling team. You'll make high-volume cold calls to homeowners, asking age-related qualifying questions to book qualified appointments. This is a cold-list environment, no warm lead, so confidence, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 500+ outbound calls per day (30 sec – 1 min per call)
• Speak with homeowners using a provided script
• Ask age-related qualifying questions and book qualified appointments
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Log accurate call dispositions in CRM system
• Personalize the script with your own personality while keeping the core outcome the same
• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals
