Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking an Outbound Sales Closer / Appointment Setter to drive growth in its Capital Advisory Program. You will generate, qualify, and convert opportunities through outbound, inbound, and social channels, with a clear path toward a closing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or GHL preferred).
• Experience with social media outreach and direct messaging.
• Experience working in high-volume, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Prospect into SMB owners, tax professionals, realtors, and service-based businesses.
• Qualify leads based on credit, revenue, and intent.
• Book high-quality strategy calls for the sales team.
• Execute aggressive follow-up on aged and inbound leads.
• Conduct social engagement and direct message outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Support light content execution, including posting, commenting, and replying.
• Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
• Track activity and performance metrics consistently.
• Develop skills to grow into a full closing role.
