Job summary

Always Be Calling is building a remote outbound appointment setting team from the ground up. We seek experienced appointment setters who thrive in high-performance environments to book appointments for licensed financial advisors.

You will make 400–600 outbound calls daily with a power dialer, engaging qualified US prospects, following a script, and scheduling appointments. This is a performance-based, fast-growing opportunity with clear advancement paths as we scale from six to twenty-five team

And this isn't a sales closing position.

Your mission is simple: start conversations with qualified U.S. prospects, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for licensed financial advisors.

We're hiring our first six team members with plans to rapidly expand, creating opportunities for future leadership roles as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Make approximately 400 - 600 outbound calls each working day with a power dialer.

• Speak with qualified prospects throughout the United States.
• Follow a proven appointment-setting script and process.
• Build rapport quickly and clearly explain the value of a free appointment.
• Schedule qualified prospects directly onto financial advisors’ calendars.
• Confirm appointment details and set clear expectations with each prospect.
• Work toward an average target of 40-60 kept appointments per month.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing performance training.
• Maintain strong attendance, professionalism, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

This role is for experienced outbound appointment setters.

You should have:

• Previous experience in outbound appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or a high-volume call center environment.
• Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• The ability to sound natural, confident, and conversational with U.S. prospects.
• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong resilience and the ability to remain positive after rejection.
• The ability to follow a script without sounding scripted.
• A competitive, coachable, and performance-focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation.
• The ability to work U.S. Eastern Time consistently.
• A professional and distraction-free remote working environment.

Required Equipment

• Because this is a fully remote position, you must have:
• Your own reliable computer.
• Stable, high-speed internet.
• A professional-quality headset with a clear microphone.
• A quiet and dependable workspace.
• The ability to remain connected and productive throughout your scheduled shift.

Compensation

Realistic Earnings: 700-1,300+ USD per month

Your compensation includes:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses

• High performers consistently earn well above their base salary through our performance-based bonus structure.

We are beginning with a team of six appointment setters and plan to grow the call center to approximately 25 people.
