Key Outreach is a B2B outbound agency that books qualified sales meetings for clients across SaaS, staffing, and professional services. We’re expanding our remote calling team and seek people who can start real conversations with decision makers and turn them into meetings.

You will make high-volume outbound calls, follow client scripts, log outcomes in our CRM, and participate in weekly coaching to hit daily activity targets and weekly meeting goals.

Formación

• 1+ year of outbound cold calling or SDR experience (B2B strongly preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable with rejection and motivated by results.
• Coachable: you take feedback and apply it on the next call.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
• Experience with ReadyMode or another power dialer is a plus.

Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time)

Location: Remote

Key Outreach is a B2B outbound agency. We book qualified sales meetings for companies across SaaS, staffing, professional services, and more, using cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. We’re growing our calling team and looking for people who can pick up the phone, start real conversations with decision makers, and turn them into meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to B2B decision makers on behalf of our clients


• Open conversations, handle objections, and book qualified meetings on client calendars


• Work from client-specific scripts and talk tracks, adapting naturally to each conversation


• Log every call, outcome, and note accurately in our dialer and CRM


• Join weekly coaching and call review sessions to sharpen your approach


• Hit daily activity targets and weekly meeting goals

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

• $6 to $8 per hour base, based on experience


• $25 for every completed meeting (a booked meeting that is held with a qualified prospect)


• No cap on meeting bonuses. Example: at $7/hour plus 8 completed meetings in a week, you earn $480 that week.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week


• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
