You will lead remote workshops, craft org charts and job descriptions, and drive DEI-aligned designs across industries. A robust background in organizational effectiveness and HR strategy is essential.

Formación

• Master's degree and 5+ years in organizational design or HR consulting.
• Proven track record designing organizational structures.
• Strong change management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional virtual communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple remote projects autonomously.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current org structures, capabilities, and workflows.
• Design optimal org structures, reporting lines, teams, and roles.
• Develop frameworks for talent, performance, and leadership development.
• Advise on change management strategies for transitions.
• Facilitate virtual workshops with leadership to co-create solutions.
• Create documentation: org charts, job descriptions, and guidelines.
• Ensure designs promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Stay current with org design and HR trends.
