Placements24 is seeking an analytical Operations Analyst and Process Optimization Specialist for a fully remote role. You will identify inefficiencies, analyze operational data, and implement data-driven solutions to improve logistics and warehousing performance while reducing costs.

You will develop dashboards, model scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive KPI improvements and SOP documentation for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years in operations analysis, process improvement, or similar in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel/SQL/Python/R.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process mapping.
• Ability to create dashboards/reports (Tableau/Power BI) and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in logistics and warehousing.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Model and simulate operational scenarios to evaluate solutions.
• Collaborate with operations managers to implement and monitor changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Document processes and develop SOPs.
• Support deployment of new technologies and systems in operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains in the supply chain.
• Present findings to senior management clearly.
