Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Industrial Process Analyst to support operations across sites, focusing on efficiency gains. This fully remote role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvements.

You will develop dashboards, apply statistical techniques, collaborate with site managers from a distance, and explore new technologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, process improvement, or operational research, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to a non-technical audience.

Responsabilités

• Collect and analyze production data from various sources to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate process performance and predict outcomes.
• Collaborate remotely with site operations managers and engineers to understand process challenges and propose data-backed solutions.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies that can improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Document process flows, analysis findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
