Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Analyst to join the team. The role is fully remote and involves analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and production operations using data-driven insights to improve efficiency across sites.

You will develop dashboards, model scenarios, and support cost reduction, productivity gains, and quality improvements while ensuring data integrity in all reporting. Remote capability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of operations analysis or process improvement in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in Excel/SQL/Python/R and BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various manufacturing and production sources.
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor efficiency and trends.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Create detailed reports and presentations on operational performance for senior management.
• Collaborate with site operations teams to understand challenges and implement solutions.
• Forecast operational needs and assist in resource planning and allocation.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize data analysis tools to model scenarios and predict outcomes.
• Support the development and implementation of new operational strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
