Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and derive insights.
• Excellent remote communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational procedures and identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Design and implement optimized processes, supply chain improvements, and org structures.
• Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance.
• Use data analytics and process modeling tools to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with remote client teams to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
