Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or similar roles with remote work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate logistics and manage communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.
