Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operational efficiency, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional remote communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy to manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using data and observation (virtual).
• Develop innovative solutions and process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Create detailed implementation plans and project timelines for operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with department heads virtually to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for new processes.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics and measure success.
• Provide training and support to teams on new procedures and efficiency best practices.
