You will lead data-driven initiatives, design advanced process improvements, and drive cost reductions through digital modeling and virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Black Belt in Six Sigma is highly desirable and practical experience leading remote teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operations data and implement measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for strategic enhancement.
• Design and implement advanced process improvements and automation strategies using simulation and digital modeling tools.
• Develop documentation, process maps, SOPs, and best practice guidelines for remote and on-site teams.
• Collaborate with global teams including operations, IT, and project leads via virtual platforms.
• Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion with measurable outcomes.
