Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvements and change management.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to track progress.
• Conduct training to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
