• Proficiency with online collaboration tools and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively in a remote environment.

• Experience in the Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape business environment is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new software and processes quickly.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full integration.
• Provide clear and concise instructions and support via email, phone, and video calls.
• Address client questions and concerns regarding setup, features, and best practices.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately by clients.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Monitor client progress and proactively identify potential roadblocks.
• Gather feedback from new clients to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, guides, and tutorials.
• Strive to achieve high client satisfaction and retention rates from the outset.
