Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Charity Program Manager to lead impactful programs from a remote capacity. You will drive strategic direction, oversee budgets, and mentor remote teams to deliver social impact.

The role requires a Master’s in Non-profit Management and 5+ years of experience in program management within the charity sector, with strong leadership and fundraising understanding. This is a fully remote position across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Non-profit Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive program management experience in charity/non-profit.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage strategic plans for a portfolio of charitable programs.
• Oversee budgets, resources and financial performance for programs.
• Lead remote teams of staff and volunteers, fostering collaboration.
• Monitor activities, evaluate outcomes and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships and impact.
