Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and driven Remote Program Manager to oversee and enhance their community services portfolio, operating entirely remotely. This role designs, implements, and evaluates programs to improve residents' quality of life in and around Centurion.

You will mentor remote staff, manage budgets, align with organizational goals, and build stakeholder relationships with funders and partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferable in social services or community development.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and remote teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and budget management skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a portfolio of community service programs with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor remote program staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Conduct regular program evaluations and data-driven improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, funders and beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in social service delivery.
