Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Education, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive program management experience in non-profit or social development.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and budgets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising/proposal writing.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Experience in Centurion or Gauteng region is advantageous.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and fundraising/proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working within the Centurion or broader Gauteng region is advantageous.
