Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote Network Administrator to design, implement, and maintain our distributed IT infrastructure from a remote location in South Africa. You will ensure stability, security, and performance of network operations for a geographically dispersed workforce.

Ideal candidates will have CCNA/CCNP, strong experience with VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking, plus a proven ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with remote management experience.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols, hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and network OS.
• Experience with cloud networking environments and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
