Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our network infrastructure from anywhere. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot network issues, and implement solutions to improve performance and security for a distributed workforce.

In this role, you will work independently, support routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls, and collaborate with IT teams to deploy new infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT support with focus on network infrastructure.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewall policies.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are advantageous.

Responsibilities
