Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions is seeking an Intermediate IT Support Engineer to deliver first- and second-line support in a managed services environment, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management. You will handle incident resolution, escalate where needed, and work to improve service quality while upholding security standards.

Candidates typically have 2–4 years in IT support, a relevant IT qualification, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and a relevant IT qualification.
• 2–4 years' IT support experience in service desk or systems support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and user administration.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and connectivity.
• Familiarity with Intune, Azure fundamentals and endpoint management.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support in a managed services environment.
• Resolve complex technical issues and manage escalations.
• Support cloud and endpoint administration (Microsoft 365/Azure).
• Contribute to service improvement and security compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.
