Job summary

HIREXE is seeking an IT Support Technician for remote work; you will be the first line of support handling tickets via calls and emails in an MSP environment, with a focus on ConnectWise RMM and Datto.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS, basic networking, backup monitoring, and hardware/software issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with senior engineers for escalations to ensure fast, reliable client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MSP experience required.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise RMM required.
• Strong Windows OS and basic networking troubleshooting.
• Fast typing speed and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues with speed and accuracy.
• Manage tickets via ConnectWise RMM and other ticketing systems.
• Perform backup monitoring, basic networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to support requests received through phone and email.
• Document all support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations when necessary.
