• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• 5+ years in product development focusing on mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks) and FEA experience.
• Strong understanding of materials selection, plastics, and metal fabrication processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive design risk management.
• Strong remote communication skills for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Use CAD and simulation tools to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Oversee prototypes, testing, and data analysis to refine designs.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with remote teams across engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Identify and implement innovative design solutions to enhance product features.
