Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a Marketing-Focused Executive Assistant to drive enrollment growth for a dance studio. The role blends marketing execution with operational support, including email campaigns, social content, lead management, and video editing.

You will own campaigns, nurture leads, and maintain digital presence while handling routine billing and scheduling tasks. The position starts at 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time after refinancing by year end.

Qualifications

• Experience using GoHighLevel for campaigns, funnels and lead management.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Canva and social content creation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage billing across classes.
• Proactive problem solver using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client and staff comms.
• Availability: 20 hours/week with overlap 11:00–16:00 CT.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns and social posts to drive enrollments.
• Manage GoHighLevel funnels, forms, workflows and lead follow-ups.
• Edit 30-second promotional videos from raw footage for social media.
• Handle billing and invoicing for classes and events in the studio system.
• Coordinate with instructors and front-desk via Slack; support daily ops.
