Qualifications

• Experience using GoHighLevel for email/SMS sequences, pipelines, forms, and lead management.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Instagram reel/post creation, and basic video editing.
• Attention to detail with numbers; accurate handling of variable billing structures across multiple teams and rehearsal counts.
• Proactive problem solver; uses AI tools or guides to resolve bottlenecks rather than waiting for direction.
• Fluent English communication; strong written and spoken English for professional messaging and coordination.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week (Mon-Thu) with overlap 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM US CT.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing, Instagram posts/reels, and Meta advertising campaigns to drive enrollments; create Canva graphics and edit promotional videos.
• Manage GoHighLevel funnels, forms, automated workflows, and Smart Lists; ensure timely follow-ups and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Handle billing with Jackrabbit, bookings with Bookio, manage emails in Outlook, organize backlog tasks in Asana, and communicate updates via Slack.
