Qualifications

• Proven track record managing media advertising campaigns with Google Ad Manager and Monday.com projects.
• Deep experience in email newsletter marketing, especially growing subscribers.
• Familiar with website management around SEO.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong communication with external clients and clear, diplomatic messaging.
• Familiar with Slack and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience in operational/recurring administrative tasks.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Sharp problem-solving and autonomous work style.
• Extreme attention to detail and organization.
• Understanding of client expectations and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and scheduling social media posts.
• SEO implementation and optimization tasks.
• Pulling GA4 reports and drafting recommendations.
• Serving as the point of contact for campaign partners.
• Tracking ads in Google Ad Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Organizing and running client meetings.
• Formatting and scheduling daily newsletters.
• Collecting and analyzing campaign data for advertising clients.
• Drafting, sending, and following up on invoices.
• Customer service and inventory management for the webstore.
