BruntWork seeks a Client & Sales Support Specialist who will be the first voice for prospective students and current clients. You will manage the full communication lifecycle across phone, email, text and chat, guiding leads through the sales funnel and coordinating with the on-site team for handoffs.

Remote collaboration using GoHighLevel, Asana and Slack is essential to drive enrollment growth and build loyal client relationships.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in client support, inside sales, or CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional tone.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all inbound communications including phone calls, emails, text messages, and chat inquiries from prospects and existing clients.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel and identify cross-sell, upsell, and new enrollment opportunities.
• Manage the client relationship lifecycle from initial inquiry through enrollment and ongoing support.
• Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline to ensure timely and consistent follow-up.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to hand off qualified leads and provide seamless client experiences.
• Track and report on client interactions and lead conversion activities.

Our client is seeking a Client & Sales Support Specialist who will be the first voice prospective students and current clients encounter — and the consistent presence that keeps them engaged. You will own the full communication lifecycle across phone, email, text, and chat, proactively moving leads through the sales funnel, spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the on-site team when the time is right. Collaborating through Asana and Slack, you will play a direct and measurable role in driving enrollment growth and building the loyal client relationships this studio is known for.

Client Overview

This is a growing dance education studio offering structured programs for students across a wide range of skill levels. The studio is actively expanding its client base and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint — from the very first inquiry through to long-term enrollment. With an ambitious growth agenda and a focused on-site team, the business is bringing on dedicated remote support to ensure every lead and client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with a flexible schedule within business hours (EDT); 20 hours per week.

• Handle all inbound communications including phone calls, emails, text messages, and chat inquiries from prospects and existing clients

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial onboarding
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) and a good understanding of lead management
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience in the education, fitness, or wellness industry is a bonus
• Comfortable working within Asana and Slack for remote team collaboration
• Prior exposure to enrollment or class scheduling platforms is a bonus
