Placements24 is seeking a Remote Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Design and Change Management to partner with diverse clients and reshape structures from a home office.

You will lead large-scale change programs, apply ADKAR/Kotter frameworks, facilitate virtual workshops, and work with Teams, Slack and Miro in a remote-first environment. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree and have 6+ years of consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• 6+ years in management consulting, organizational development or change management.
• Proven track record in designing org structures and leading change programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational structures aligned with client strategy.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for transformations.
• Assess readiness, identify risks, and create mitigation plans.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and communication campaigns to drive adoption.
• Conduct diagnostics on culture and talent capability.
• Develop frameworks for engagement, leadership alignment and change communication.
• Collaborate with remote teams and client counterparts to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge base on design and change best practices.
