Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join the finance leadership team in a fully remote capacity. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization, collaborating with department heads and executives to deliver critical insights and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance analyses, and variance explanations to senior management.
• Identify key business drivers and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and integration of operational data.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
