Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, supply chain and transportation methods.
• Proficiency with logistics software and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination using logistics platforms.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and address discrepancies to prevent stock-outs.
• Process shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and permits.
• Communicate shipment status and issues with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical problems to minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in company systems.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and efficiency metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in remote logistics management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly.
