Placements24 is recruiting a fully remote Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain operations from any location. You will coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and liaise with carriers to ensure timely delivery across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Experience with WMS/TMS and MS Office is required, along with a reliable home office setup and internet connection.

Qualifications

• Experience as Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher, preferably remote.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and international trade.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in logistics software (WMS/TMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.
• High school diploma; logistics certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Manage and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs declarations, proof of delivery).
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other 3PLs to negotiate rates and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Track shipments in real-time and address delays or issues.
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, damages, or lost goods claims.
• Maintain logistics databases and reporting systems with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and customs requirements.
• Support the logistics team in projects to enhance supply chain performance.
