Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar logistics role.
• Familiarity with transportation modes, carrier operations, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, including TMS and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy; able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international shipments.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to book shipments and negotiate rates.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues or disruptions promptly.
• Maintain records and update the transportation management system (TMS).
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
