Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with logistics software and tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for remote work.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customs procedures is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from start to finish.
• Track shipments in real time and update stakeholders.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Prepare bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Resolve delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Maintain accurate logistics records in company systems.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs.
• Assist in developing logistics strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
