Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join remotely. You will plan, execute, and optimize logistics operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods across channels.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, negotiating rates, preparing documentation, and using TMS/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Proficiency in TMS/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Negotiate rates and service levels with carriers where applicable.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Use logistics software to track shipments and optimize routes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and customer service to meet demand.
