Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing online learning platforms (LMS).
• Strong understanding of e-learning principles, instructional design, and web-based technologies.
• Proficiency with LMS systems (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and integrating third-party tools.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills; experience in a hybrid work setting.
