You will identify training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate learning across levels. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in L&D, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, and proficiency with LMS/e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, training design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across the organization.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking of training completion.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant training content.
