Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio of e-learning projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Solid understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Create a variety of learning assets, including interactive modules, videos, assessments, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Ensure e-learning content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligns with brand and quality standards.
