Job summary

Prudent HR Solutions is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist for a leading property company in East London. You will design, develop and deliver training with SMEs, and drive adoption in a fast-paced project environment.

The role requires hands-on L&D experience, strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning proficiency to create impactful learning experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF 6) in HR, Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Canva, Scribe, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business and project requirements.
• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning content.
• Create learner guides, training material, and quick reference tools.
• Facilitate training sessions and ongoing refresher workshops.
• Support change adoption initiatives during system and process roll outs.
• Manage LMS administration, reporting, and learner tracking.
• Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.

Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while supporting learning adoption within a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on L&D professional with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning experience.
