Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in remote team leadership and distributed operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and QA principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools for performance tracking.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to boost productivity and cut costs.
