Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in a fully remote role. The role focuses on implementing Lean principles, reducing waste, and boosting productivity by training teams virtually and leading remote Kaizen events.

You will identify opportunities, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of problem-solving. Certification like Lean Six Sigma is desirable; strong facilitation and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Lean implementation experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement with measurable results.
• Strong facilitation and remote training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Lean strategies and CI programs.
• Conduct virtual Kaizen events and VSM sessions.
• Identify and eliminate waste across processes.
• Train production staff on Lean concepts and problem-solving.
• Monitor KPIs and report on Lean initiatives.
