Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Operations Excellence Manager to join a remote-first team. You will identify and implement improvements across all operational areas to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in a global context.

Lead lean initiatives, develop standardized processes, analyze data to remove bottlenecks, and coach cross-functional teams. This role demands strong project and change management skills and the ability to lead virtual projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification strongly desired).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and change management capabilities, adept at leading virtual projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and deploy standardized processes, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of best practices and achieve performance targets.
