Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in structural design.
• Experience with ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro.
• Experience leading design teams on complex projects.
• Knowledge of concrete, steel and composite design.
• Understanding of construction methods and implications for design.
• Strong leadership and communication for remote work.
• Experience in report writing and technical presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design of bridges, buildings and civil structures.
• Develop and review structural analysis models, calculations and design docs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international codes and safety regs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with PMs and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
• Conduct peer reviews of designs.
• Manage structural engineering aspects for timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Stay updated on advancements in materials and design methods.
• Participate in tender processes with technical input.
• Liaise with construction teams to address structural queries.
