Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Structural Engineer to join a global team in a fully remote capacity. You will design and analyze structural components for diverse construction projects, collaborating with architects, project managers, and construction teams worldwide.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter proficient with structural analysis software and committed to high-quality, resilient designs. You will mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with codes, and contribute to a broad portfolio

Qualifications

Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent accreditation required.

Responsibilities

Conduct structural analysis and design for various building types and infrastructure projects.
Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD and BIM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment to integrate structural designs with architectural and MEP systems.
Perform site visits remotely or as required to review construction progress and address structural issues.
Ensure designs meet all relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior structural engineers.
