Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering within Oil & Gas.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects in remote settings.
- Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and thermodynamic modeling.
- Strong knowledge of process safety, HAZOP studies, and international engineering codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of PFDs and P&IDs.
- Perform process simulations and troubleshoot production facilities.
- Develop and implement PSM programs and conduct hazard analyses (HAZOP).
- Mentor a remote team of process engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other disciplines to ensure project success.
