You will design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex chemical processes, mentor a remote engineering team, and drive safe, cost-effective operations from anywhere.

Experts in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and HAZOP are essential. A Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years in the field are required, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects in remote settings.
• Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and thermodynamic modeling.
• Strong knowledge of process safety, HAZOP studies, and international engineering codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of PFDs and P&IDs.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot production facilities.
• Develop and implement PSM programs and conduct hazard analyses (HAZOP).
• Mentor a remote team of process engineers and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback remotely.
