Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Power Systems specialization.
- PhD is a strong asset.
- 10+ years of experience in lead or senior power systems roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of high-voltage power systems.
- Develop advanced power system studies (load flow, short circuit, stability).
- Define equipment requirements and protection schemes.
- Oversee renewable integration into grid infrastructure.
- Mentor engineering teams across geographies.
- Review technical documentation and diagrams.
- Collaborate with regulators to ensure grid code compliance.
- Contribute to long-term grid expansion and modernization strategies.
- Manage project timelines for power system engineering.
- Stay updated on emerging grid technologies.
